What It’s like to Work with Lorraine

The purpose of this section is to allow you to get to know me, find out what it is like to work with me, what kind of results you can get, why I’m different than other dietitians and trainers, and most importantly learn about my values and beliefs.

Clients achieve results when they are willing and committed to hard work, exploring the unknown and willing to try new things! Working with me is not for everyone and it is not easy. In fact, I will push you beyond your limits, I will challenge you to jump higher, eat cleaner, and I’ll call you on it when you deviate.

Results come to those who give 110% and follow the guidelines and homework I give you. When you decide to work with me, I am here for you 200%. I will encourage, motivate, guide and support you on your journey. That is my role!

I found out many years ago how important eating and exercise are to your health. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 1982 and have had my share of ups and downs. I learned that the food choices I made either made be feel great or made me feel non-so great. Once I had this epiphany, I realized I wanted to help others manage their health by making the best food choices possible, that is why I became a registered dietitian. And although I have been active all my life, I also learned along this journey, that exercise also made me feel great, and that is why I pursued a master’s degree in Kinesiology.

I believe in everyone and their ability to succeed. Whether you aspire to lose weight, manage a disease, or train for a marathon, I can help you get there. I offer everyone a meaningful and rewarding experience by offering you my years knowledge and expertise. I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all” approach. I have many programs, packages and classes to choose from. You must decide what is right for you. Think of me as your passenger as you navigate your way on your journey to a lifestyle filled with healthy eating and daily fitness.
