2012 FIT4ME Weight Loss Challenge begins Jan 9th

 

Join Right Balance, LLC for the 2nd Annual “Fit 4 Me” Challenge  ! ! !

Here is how the challenge works:
This is a 10 week challenge starting Mon, Jan 9th, 2012 and  ending on Fri, March 16th, 2012.

You pick the realistic amount of weight you want to lose (will be based upon percentage of your current weight).

To begin, stop by Right Balance Consulting on Wed. January 4th between 7:30 – 8:30am; 11:30 – 12:30pm; or 5:30 – 6:30pm to sign up, pay your entry fee and weigh in. We will also obtain your initial waist and hip measurements at that time.

Weekly weigh-ins will be held on Wednesdays from 7:30 – 8:30am,  11:30-12:30pm or 6 – 7 pm. ~~ To be eligible for any final prizes, you MUST weigh in every week and you must meet or exceed your weight loss prediction. Measurements will only be taken at the
midway point and on the day of your final weigh-in.

3 WAYS TO ENTER:

1.  15$ ~ Go Solo – includes weigh-ins, body measurements and weekly newsletter

2. 80$ ~ Add 2 exclusive 30 min bootcamp classes per week (Wed & Fri from 12-12:30), plus weigh-ins, body measurements and weekly newsletter

3. 100$ ~ Add one (1) 15 min nutritional consult, plus classes and weigh-ins, body measurements and weekly newsletter

Weekly newsletters will contain a nutritional and fitness tip, an exercise and a motivational quote to help you stay on track.

Honestly, it hasn’t been that hard.  The most challenging part  is GETTING OFF THE COUCH and making it to workout twice a week.  Sometimes it’s hard to come home from work and go straight to workout but I ALWAYS feel better that I did.  I have a more positive attitude about winter coming – knowing that I will be able to see you twice a week and have an at-home ab routine that doesn’t take any equipment.  I still think about that endocrinologist that told me I might have success with weight watchers and that I should just get used to the fact that I would weigh more and it wasn’t like I was that big. My husband is looking fantastic and I am so happy for him.  Plus, I think he is really enjoying his workouts more than sitting at home watching tv all night (even if he doesn’t want to admit it!).  I’m proud of him. Thank you, Lorraine for your support.  We wouldn’t be where we are today without your help!

Update from a gal training for the Oct show

To begin I cannot say how excited I am to see the changes I have seen in the first two-three weeks.  I have been working out and eating balanced for three years now and finally seeing the results I have been striving for.
That being said getting my meals all prepared on Sunday has made the diet easy to follow.  I am not finding the eating part as difficult as I thought it would be.  Although when when all my friends came over with alcohol and snacks galore it was a bit difficult!!!  :)
The exercise portion is what is the most difficult for me because of the time factor. I am currently doing cardio in the morning before work and weight training after work.  With my schedule it is just sometimes exhausting.
Over all experience has been great!!  I have been contemplating doing this for a long time and I am soooo glad I finally did it!!
Lorraine thank you so much for all the encouragement!!!  You are an awesome trainer and since I started coming to you three years ago (thanks to my great husband) I have tried many things that I never would have dreamed of attempting.  Thanks for your guidance!!

“Competition” training for Oct St Louis Show begins this month
