Payment
Payment is expected at the time of your session. If package sessions are purchased, payment options are available.
Appointments
Sessions are scheduled by appointment only, so that I may devote my full attention to you. It is important that you arrive on time.
You must have all your consultation forms completed and returned prior to your session.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged for missed sessions unless you notify me 24 hours in advance, or in cases of emergency.
Confidentiality
All information disclosed within sessions is confidential as outlined in the HIPAA notice of Privacy Practices.
